RICHARD LLOYD

With over 20 years’ experience in the film and post production industry Richard is an experienced and technical post production supervisor. Richard has worked on an eclectic variety of films with directors ranging from Bernado Bertolucci, Christopher Smith and Vincent Ward to The Brothers Quay, and productions ranging from studio films to small independents and television.


This background and comprehensive post knowledge led to him being  brought on board as post stereographer on acclaimed documentary ‘TT3D: Closer To The Edge’, produced by CinemaNX.


Richard is fast establishing himself with 3D post in the UK and is currently working on two 3D Natural History documentaries for Atlantic Productions; ‘Bachelor King 3D’ and ‘Kew Gardens’, both being written and voiced by Sir David Attenborough. He is also currently co-producing an S3D feature ‘Creeping Zero’ with Julie Baines and Dan Films which is due to start filming in the first half 2012.


Richard has lectured at the National Film and Television School on all aspects of post-production and sat on panels for the NPA. He has also given talks on S3D at the Cornwall Film Festival and at the CDT S3D conference at Ravensbourne where he also appeared as part of a panel.
